Blue Sky Facilitates Lawn Dawg and Brighton Partners Recapitalization; Company Poised for Expansion
Nashua, New Hampshire
Lawn Dawg, Inc. (formerly Campanella & Kelly, Inc.) based in Nashua, New Hampshire announced today that Atlanta based Brighton Partners, LLC has completed a recapitalization of its lawn care operations acquiring a 70% stake in the business while providing significant working capital to fund the Companyís growth strategy. The transaction was facilitated by Columbus, OH based BlueSky Group, LLC. The Company will continue to operate under the well-established trade name "Lawn Dawg."

The new strategic partnership will provide Lawn Dawg with the resources to fund its planned expansion into new markets, as well as select acquisitions of well established lawn care companies in contiguous markets. Currently, Lawn Dawg operates four facilities serving 15,000 customers in the greater metropolitan markets of Boston, MA; Albany, NY; Nashua, NH; and Portland; ME.

Jim Campanella, a co-founder of Campanella & Kelly, will continue as the President of Lawn Dawg. He will also retain a significant ownership position in the Company as its largest individual shareholder. Campanella commented: "My goal has always been to build Lawn Dawg into a regional and eventually a national player by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining deep loyalty to my employees. This new partnership will provide the resources to realize that dream."

BlueSky Group Facilitates Landscape Maintenance Merger; Dolphin Landscape Joins Austin Outdoor
Bunnell, Florida
BlueSky Group recently facilitated a successful merger between Austin Outdoor and Dolphin Landscape. Recognizing the strategic direction of Austinís parent, Yellowstone Landscape Group and funding partner, Gridiron Capital; and the direction of Dolphin, BlueSky quickly sought to bring the parties together and understand the potential for alignment.

Austin Outdoor significantly expanded its Florida presence with the merger. Dolphin Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance company headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, currently serves Martin, St. Lucie and Palm Beach counties. According to a news release from Austin Outdoor all members of the Dolphin Landscape team have joined the Austin Outdoor team.

"Dolphin Landscape was a perfect fit for our company," said Edward Schatz, Jr., president of Austin Outdoor.

Shirley, Massachusetts
It was announced today that Turf Logic, Inc., a Shirley, Massachusetts lawn care company, has purchased the assets of Green Mountain Lawn Care, Inc, a Wilmington, Massachusetts based lawn care service provider. John Hillier, president of Turf Logic is excited about the prospect of growing the company in Northeastern Massachusetts. Bruce Martineau, owner of Green Mountain will be joining Turf Logic. He will be tasked with growing the business in the acquired territory. This transaction executed with the assistance of The BlueSky Group, LLC. Terms of the deal were not released.

It was announced today that Atlanta, GA based Orkin, Inc., has purchased the assets of BCONN, Inc.dba Bob’s Termite & Pest Services a Woodbridge, VA based PCO. This transaction, executed with the assistance of The BlueSky Group, LLC, further expands Orkin’s penetration in the Greater Northern VA marketplace. Kevin Conner, president and owner of Bob’s stated that, "BlueSky was tremendously helpful in getting things done. If you guys would not have come along when you did, this deal would not have happened." Terms of the deal were not released.

It was announced today that Memphis, Tennessee based TruGreen, Inc., has purchased the assets of Think Green Lawncare, Inc, an Indianapolis, Indiana based lawn care service provider. This transaction, executed with the assistance of The BlueSky Group, LLC, further expands TruGreenís penetration in the Indianapolis marketplace. Jonas Stevens, president and owner of Think Green stated on Friday the, "Without the attention and support of the principals at BlueSky, this deal would not have happened."

Terms of the deal were not released.
